We are looking for an individual who is passionate about serving others. This individual must enjoy interacting with customers while helping to simplify complicated situations. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent support to dealers through multiple forms of verbal & written communications
  • Assess the nature & root cause of issues & provide timely resolutions
  • Expert in Signature’s products and industry; partnering with peers throughout the organization
  • Perform various computer-related tasks within a proprietary order system
  • Manage a high volume of emails and phone calls


  • 2+ years of Custom Cabinet Industry experience
  • 2+ years Customer Service Representative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD


This individual provides exceptional service and support in delivering hospitality to various audiences. Using creativity, within the guidelines of best practices and standard processes, they will offer visitors a consistent and meaningful Signature Experience.  In addition, they will provide administrative support for the daily office routines. Work schedule is Mondays – Fridays from 10 am to 3 pm (25 hours per week).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performs various tasks focused on the hospitality of our guests
  • Provides administrative support for trainings and events
  • Co-manages a detailed calendar for onsite events
  • Assists with other related clerical duties
  • Supports receptionist by covering front desk duties during breaks


  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (friendly, engaging, passionate about helping people)
  • Excellent listening skills, attentive
  • Ability to self-manage, takes initiative
  • Strong communication practices (written and verbal)
  • Ability to see the best in difficult or challenging situations

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous equivalent experience preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills

CABINETMAKER (experience required)

Sets up and operates a variety of woodworking machines and uses various hand tools to fabricate non-standard, complex custom wooden cabinets and high-grade furniture to exact standards and specifications by studying blueprints or drawings of articles to be constructed or repaired, and plans the sequence of cutting or shaping operations to be performed.


  • 5+ years of Custom Cabinet Industry experience
  • 2+ years of Specials Cabinetmaking experience


Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce cabinetry and related products. Primary function is to install doors, drawers, and other functional and decorative hardware on cabinets and related items. Works with hand tools and hand-held power tools such as pin guns, screwdrivers, drills, mallets, etc. Interested applicants must possess the following character traits:

  1. Mechanical mindset (strong interest in the way things go together)
  2. Detail-oriented (ability to measure to 1/32”)
  3. Problem solver (views problems as opportunities to add value and increase learning)
  4. Focused on standardization (ability to learn by doing, document, and teach others in a simplified way).


  • 5+ years of Custom Cabinet Industry experience
  • 2+ years of Final Assembly/Hardware experience


Applies packaging materials to prepare a wide variety of products for delivery to the customer.


  • 3 months of experience preferred; however, willing to train

FINISHERS (experience required)

Seeking experienced finish sprayers, stainers, and glazers. Sprays surfaces of cabinets, doors, wood components, and related items with protective or decorative material such as paint, sealer, glaze, lacquer, or varnish.


  • 2+ years of Spraying, Staining, Glazing experience


Line Loader: Responsible for loading cabinets and parts on the finish line according to the production schedule. Requires the ability to plan and organize work for efficient flow on the Finish Line.

Line Unloader: Responsible for unloading the Finish Line while inspecting finish quality, and organizing and sorting a variety of products for the Final Assembly processes.

Requirements for both positions:

  • Experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train
  • Ideal candidates must be reliable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, motivated, focused, and teachable
  • Physical demands include, but are not limited to, regularly lifting and/or moving/carrying up to 50 pounds and constant standing/reaching in front/above shoulder height
