TECHNICAL DESIGN SPECIALIST

As a Technical Design Specialist, you'll analyze designer-submitted orders to ensure functionality and standards compliance. You'll communicate with designers to resolve issues and suggest improvements, leveraging your understanding of cabinet construction. Building strong relationships, and creating a positive customer experience are crucial aspects of this role.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Proficiency in analyzing orders, floor plans, and sketches submitted by designers, and preparing them for engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of AutoCAD being a plus.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Eagerness to learn about materials and construction methods, and collaborate with engineers to address designer requirements and cabinet construction needs.
• One-year custom cabinetry technical order processing experience (Preferred)

EXPERIENCED SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Developer to join our Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ASP.NET MVC and C# and a passion for developing high-quality solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with associates from other departments to define IT needs and design solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL Server database and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Support and maintain legacy applications using .NET Windows Forms and FoxPro.
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications.
• Assist in the development and documentation of procedures for using IT systems.
• Support users by helping with general IT issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,  a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Software development experience with C# or similar programming language.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork ability.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and C#.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with FoxPro is a plus.

cabinet assembler (experience preferred)

Responsible for building individual cabinets from components supplied by Parts Machining according to specification.  Experience is preferred, but willing to train.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

• Knowledge of basic hand tools and their uses
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1⁄16”
• Cabinet joinery knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of product lines and specifications

sanders (experience preferred)

White Wood Sanding
The preparation of substrate surfaces to which finish is applied.  This includes Whitewood and Seal Sanding processes on both raw wood and pre-primed materials, including doors, cabinets, and parts.

Seal Sanding
This position sands first-coated surfaces of kitchen components, including cabinets, doors, and parts, in preparation for the next spraying application.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

• 3 months of white wood or seal sanding experience preferred
• Knowledge of common wood species preferred

top coat sprayer (experience required)

Sprays surfaces of cabinets, doors, wood components, and related items with protective or decorative material such as paint, sealer, glaze, lacquer, or varnish.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:

• 5 years of experience as topcoat cabinet/door sprayer
• Material Prep/Mixing
• Pump/Equipment Operation
• Spraying Technique – flat / vertical surfaces

hardware technician (experience required)

Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce cabinetry and related products.  The primary function is to install doors, drawers, and other functional and decorative hardware on cabinets and related items.  Works with hand tools and handheld power tools such as pin guns, screwdrivers, drills, mallets, etc. 

 Interested applicants must possess the following:
